I followed Mark Bittman’s recipe for rice pudding exactly and it came out terribly:
I don’t know if you can tell, but it’s basically milk soup with undercooked rice. The flavors are okay, but I can’t figure out what I did wrong! I’m wondering if I should’ve cooked the rice first? I’ve been looking it up, but I don’t know. 😦
I posted on Chow Hound… We’ll see what those folks come up with.
Oh, well: Chris will bring home some ice cream or candy.
